Fremont Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking Therapist to join our team. As a member of our team you will work in an environment that puts patient care first. You will bring compassion, comfort and dignity to patients and their families through therapeutic treatment plans and psycho-therapy. As a member of the treatment team you will participate in the development of treatment plans, discharge planning and documentation of clinical services. As a member of the inter-disciplinary team you will review treatment plans with other professionals and assure continuity of care and ensure patients receive the appropriate types of services.

Case Manager/Therapist to work in the outpatient PHP/IOP program. Case Manager/Therapist to conduct process groups and DBT/CBT/Mindfulness based skills groups. Case manager to follow up with caseload weekly and assist in linking caseload to resources if needed.
Education: Masters’ degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology, or related field. Licensed or Unlicensed MFT or MSW
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience in direct clinical environment and proven clinical competency in treating adolescents and integrating their families in treatment. Experience in treating adolescents with diagnoses including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorders I and II, ADHD, chemical dependency and oppositional defiant disorder.
