A world-class manufacturing company is looking for motivated & career-minded individual to joins its team. This is a long term career opportunity with room for growth and advancement. The work week is approximately 33-40 hours. There are overtime opportunities as well. Experience is preferred but not required.
Availability on 1st and 2nd shifts-
1st shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
2nd shift: Monday - Friday 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
Perform in-process inspection, identify defects, segregate and document the results.
Operation of machinery to produce product per the procedures and training provided.
Maintain accurate records/documentation, computer entry related to quality, work in progress, test results, and special instructions.
Read, understand and strictly follow standard work instructions.
Perform minor set-ups and adjustments while maintaining tolerance in accordance with work instructions.
Accurately fill out records/documentation related to work in progress and labor reporting (e.g. timecards).
Interpret rulers and tape measures accurately down to 1/8".
Maintain clean room integrity by wearing proper attire including hair net, gloves, safety glasses, ear protection, lab coat, and a beard cover if applicable. Must adhere to clean room environment practices and procedures.
Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies, and procedures.
Working hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Various Shifts Available)
Be able to read, comprehend and communicate in English.
Have good teaming skills and be able to work closely with others.
Be detailed oriented, organized, and flexible to change.
Be experienced with basic computer software systems (i.e. MS Excel, Word).
Have an excellent attendance record and reliable transportation.
Willing to work a reasonable amount of overtime when needed.
Be able to stand or sit for long periods of time and perform repetitive handling of product(s).
Previous experience with manufacturing equipment is desired.
Experience with medical or pharmaceutical processes is considered a plus.
High School diploma is required.
