Now Interviewing for Bilingual Customer Service
Pay: $16.24 - $16.73
- Taking 30-40 inbound calls a day
- Working on a computer using 2 screens multitasking
- Typing 40+ WPM while speaking with a customer
- Troubleshooting with customers over the phone
- Scheduling and verifying info over the phone
- Computer literacy and typing of at least 40 WPM
- Previous customer service experience in either a retail or call center role
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to adapt and learn new software programs
- Strong interest in automotive industry and continuous growth
