RESPONSIBILITIES:

Are you looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative position? Kforce is working with a leading health care provider in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania (PA) that is seeking talent for their growing Customer Service team. Summary: There are various project from 4 weeks to 8 month project for individuals with strong communication skills. This role is 100% remote. The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to all customer inquiries. These openings are immediate needs and training is set to start as soon as possible.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 0-2+ years of related progressive experience
  • Must have own computer(windows) and internet
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Customer Service experience required
  • Call center a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Must have own computer(windows) and internet
  • PA resident only
