Purpose of Job 

The purpose of this job is to safely carry out entry level operations of manufacturing equipment, assembly, molding, or warehouse functions using SOPs in the Sabina or Wilmington facilties in Ohio.  After safety training and task certification, this job performs on any shift with overtime, as needed using good communication and teamwork to make continuous improvements.

  • Safely perform job tasks (upon completion of training) for each department and location, as needed, using SOPs.  Carry out machine set up, job changes and opertions throughout the shift and with the team.  Feed materials or parts into machines, keep activity logs or records of approved and defective units and final products
  • 2.15%
  • Training: Completing task certifications for each job function using SOPs. 3.5%
    •Quality: Inspects parth both visually and using percision measuring tools as needed.

    Education, Experience, Knowledge and Other Information


    High School Diploma or Equivalent

     Related Experience

    Experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

    Special Training or Competency

    Preferred: OTJ - Task Certification for all job functions.

    Work Hours

    2nd or 3rd shift available. Off-hours as needed.

    Travel Requirements

    25% domestic.

    If domestic travel is necessary, valid driver's license is required.
