The Administrative Assistant/Office Manager is a crucial role that provides support and performs administrative duties the Head of Relationship Commercial Banking, Eastern Region.
Responsibilities may include:
* Screening calls
* Managing calendars
* Booking travel arrangements
* Preparing expense reports
* Organizing meeting and event arrangements
* Preparing reports and financial data
* Help in preparation of PowerPoint financial update presentations for Board of Directors and EMC
. Reports including monthly business reviews, quarterly earnings reviews, etc.
* Handle ad hoc projects including serving as backup for other senior executives
. Maintain process to report tracking of follow up items from monthly business reviews.
* Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience supporting an Executive Level team member
* A professional with the ability to deal with sensitive business information in a confidential and professional manner.
* Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint* Exceptional attention to detail and possess strong organizational and planning skills.
* Time-management skills to help team meet deadlines
* Ability to be highly organized and work independently
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent telephone etiquette.
* Exceptional listening and comprehensive skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills at all levels, whether interacting internally or externally
* Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism
* Ability to work extended hours, as required
* Ability to travel to New York, New jersey and Long Island commercial financial centers, as required
