Responsibilities:

• Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy’s Mission, Vision and Values
• Ensure their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)
• Monitor staffing levels across all departments and ensure all positions are staffed appropriately.
• Coach, develop, and retrain under performers in sales and service expectations
• Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation in accordance with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations are current
• Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to strive for professional development.
• Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues while successfully identifying and addressing systemic opportunities throughout their organization
• Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
• Be responsible for location’s payroll entry and inventory management
• Review payroll, inventory, and applicable reports to audit for errors and address profitability related opportunities
• Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and partner with Area Director to celebrate performance wins and address performance concerns

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
• Experience in a leadership role (Spa/Sale management preferred, but not required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong communication and people skills

ROP: $50,000 - $60,000 Annually DOE + Bonus Potential
