Responsibilities

1. Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are ready.
2. Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests’ needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs.
3. Field customer complaints when necessary.
4. Bookkeeping: keep accurate records of all hotel guest account information.
5. Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information.

Qualifications

1. Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills.
2. Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent.
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
4. Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations.
5. 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred.

Compensation

$9 - $12 hourly
