Financial Planning and Analysis Manager - Lisle -multi-billion dollar growing company looking for someone who wants to grow with them as they continue to acquire businesses and potential to go public. Great opportunity to join a company where you will have visibility and get involved in all areas of corporate finance, merger and acquisitions, budgeting and forecasting and board reporting. Any experience with financial analysis consolidated profit and loss. Financial planning and analysis around balance sheet such as depreciation capital ,inventory turns,analyzing, reporting, and understanding corporate finance and treasury functions across the company; a capital appropriation review and analysis; ad hoc analysis as required. Reside primarily at the corporate level.

Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Manage projects related to company budgeting, forecasting, results and strategic initiatives.
• Provide proactive financial guidance, support and leadership/recommendations to management teams.
• Build financial models to analyze capital projects and other financial opportunities.
• Implementation of process improvements, including improvements utilizing SAP
• Provide management with forward looking reports specifying and comparing factors affecting process and profitability of products.
• Prepare executive team and board of director meeting materials.
• Prepare external reporting materials
• Partner with and lead cross-functional teams
• Support the development of the annual financial budget and provide needed variance analysis and ad hoc analysis

Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
8 - 15 plus years progressive mid to large company FPA experience
SAP a must Financial reporting, board level reporting, budgeting, forecasting, IRR analysis,
Any M and A integration or due diligence a huge plus
Manufacturing industry experience a must
