Are you a driven individual with business experience? Robert Half is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to develop well-executed plans for a growing company in the Professional Services industry. Candidates should possess an excellent set of technical, interpersonal, and communicative skills. This permanent opening is for a Business Analyst in the Boston, Massachusetts area.

Key responsibilities

- Perform analysis of business, technical, and functional specifications

- Collaborate with designers to establish appropriate wire-frames, interactions, and user flows

- Create innovative and highly usable solutions for new product specifications

- Partner with development team to invent and assess product requirements to meet business goals

- Evaluate and enact new corrections and improvements, collaborating with development and QA teams

- Develop detailed user stories and profiles

- Develop customer-focused documentation for software solutions
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud

- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Experience with QA

- Demonstrated knowledge of Tableau

- Adeptness in Content Management System (CMS)

- Agile SDLC experience preferred

- JIRA experience preferred

- Prior experience with usability and application performance considerations

- 3+ years of related experience

- Solid grasp of developing requirements and product specifications for new or existing applications

- Experience crafting, documenting and testing APIs
