Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is looking to add additional Help Desk Representatives to their team in Southfield, Michigan (MI). They are looking for knowledgeable IT professionals to provide excellent customer service and make an impact in day to day operations of an organization. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard help desk procedures
  • Log all help desk interactions
  • Administer help desk software
  • Redirect problems to correct resource
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Prepare activity reports
  • Inform management of recurring problems

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
