PTL Coordinator

About the Role

The PTL Coordinator is responsible to track and ensure all priority sku's get processed daily.
* Report daily attendance

* Assist in the formulation of Distribution Center operational policies to ensure quick turnaround of PTL shipments

* Keep track of daily orders

* Update and create daily reporting throughout the various departments

* Ensure T15 dept. flow is efficient and accurate

* Ensure all OSHA policies for a safe working environment are met and maintained, including HAZMAT shipments

* Aid in Inventory keeping, counts and updates

* Ability to complete all tasks within in the PTL system, including troubleshooting when necessary

* Ensure new stores/remodels/relocation/concession stores are picked, packed and staged in a timely manner to meet ship dates

About You

* 3 - 5 years warehouse supervisory experience

* Experience with RF system

* Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

* Good oral and written communication skills

* Good computer/AS400/Excel skills

* Bilingual Spanish is a plus
* High School diploma or equivalent preferred
