Job Description

If you have leadership experience including a background in manufacturing then we want to hear from you! We are hiring for a Paint Lead to join our team on 1st shift!  Candidates should have leadership experience, experience working with powder coat paint and have strong communication and problem solving skills as well as the ability to meet production goals. Compensation based upon experience.

Job Duties:
  • Quality control, ensure parts are correct prior to leaving the department and conducting final inspections.
  • Stage work for department.
  • Mentor and train new employees.
  • Advise personnel issues such as reviews, promotions, transfers, discharges and discipline.
  • Coordinate production with other departments while working to improve production flow.

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 1 year leadership experience 
  • Knowledge of powder coat paint system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Ability to speak effectively before customers or employees
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflict and make decisions to improve production
