The Proposal Manager will be a key player in supporting our firm's continued growth and brings experience in the A/E/C or professional services industries and leadership of proposal teams. We are looking for someone that is collaborative, can influence and inspire others, and brings has a deep understanding of proposal and interview best practices.

Candidates will demonstrate strong leadership and facilitation skills, a commitment to excellence, and a successful track record of submitting highly-ranked proposals to public and private agencies. Must have excellent writing skills, be detail-oriented, rally proposal teams to meet a schedule, work with technical teams to develop winning messages and themes, and effectively advance multiple projects at the same time.

What we are looking for someone who can

* Lead and support the pursuit life-cycle from lead generation and capture planning to proposal development and presentation coaching.
* Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of essential marketing data, including CRM data, resumes, and project descriptions.
* Support external marketing initiatives, as assigned, including awards applications and conference participation.

To say compliance is critical would be an understatement. Being able to parse the RFQ/P for compliance, as well as read between the lines for messaging is key. Furthermore, managing time, working efficiently to meet deadlines, all while keeping quality top of mind is crucial.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

* 7 years of experience in marketing and proposal development in the AEC industry.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism or related field (or commensurate experience).
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign and demonstrated expeirence working with proposal layout.
* Advanced proficiency of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in A/E/C industry
* Involvement in industry organizations such as SMPS

Compensation and Benefits

WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings focused on a providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career.

Expected Salary: $76,400 - $155,900
