As Footprint Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of processes as it relates to new market entries, relocations, expansions, lease renewals, and conversions. Your key strategic programs will drive cross business unit linkage, and bridge internal channels that result in a positive impact on Customer Satisfaction, Revenue, and Productivity.

Where is the work:

Hybrid out of Davidson NC, La Crosse WI, Atlanta GA or St. Louis MO

This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week. _ _

*What you will do: *

Develop new and expanded processes that are aligned with the strategic direction of Trane Technologies businesses and focus on standardization and optimization across the Americas, requiring collaboration with Corporate Real Estate, Retail Planning, Category Management, IT, Security, EHS, Marketing and the product fulfillment teams

Gather requirements from the key stakeholders and drive a plan to execute new footprint projects including expansion, remodeling, and new sites supporting the Supply business

Oversee the initiating, planning, scheduling, budgeting, completion, and overall performance of large complex projects that cut across functional or business boundaries

Manage multiple key stakeholders simultaneously to keep them updated real-time on critical risk and provide timely information to the executive team on status and issues requiring management of change

Manage processes through the Project Stage-Gate process (or similar rigor) including process development, implementation, pilot program/project implementation, alignment of territory and cross-sector support and sponsorship, and establishing program team to assure timely, accurate, and thorough deliverables

Assist with Developing the business case and metrics to measure project results and quantify short-term/long-term growth potential and profitability

Establish critical project requirements and expectations to ensure completed program meets business needs and delivers desired business productivity improvements while maximizing customer satisfaction

Manage project deployment process and all components required such as communications plans, pilot plans, deployment plans, control plans, and post project support

Maintain strong communications with local teams and prioritize action necessary to meet timeline goals, improve support, and address opportunities that may delay timely project completion

Implement best practice strategies that benefit multiple Trane Technologies businesses and align with the long-range plan

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in program management/ business development, and/or Six Sigma Process Improvement required.

Training in Six Sigma / Lean required; Certification at Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.

Must be able to travel (50%)

Key Competencies and Success Factors:

Strong understanding and experience in logistics engineering including determining footprint requirements, physical layout and regulatory requirements, and understanding flow from the inbound dock to the customer

Strong understanding of the commercial/industrial real estate market required

Ability to integrate business goals and deliverables into the project scope and develop metrics to track progress

Ability to meet short and long-term deadlines with little supervision

Understands and integrates appropriate project management tools and processes.

Employs strong organizational skills, takes initiative, and delegates appropriately

Effective capability to meet the needs, and earn the confidence of internal and external customers

Ability to master basic and advanced Lean Six Sigma tools and methods; and deploy the techniques and tools to assigned projects

Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate in a matrix organization.

Compensation: * *

Base Pay Range: $120,000 - $159,000 Total compensation will include an incentive.

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
