Salary: $120,000 - $145,000

A bit about us:

We are a mid-size general contractor, is looking for a project manager that can manage construction of commercial projects in and around Seattle. We are geared towards commercial, high-end residential, retirement communities, special projects, and multi-family disciplines.

Job Details
  • 5+ years Commercial Project Management Experience
  • Ground up and Renovation/Tenant Improvement project list
  • Subcontractor management
  • Knowledgeable in building the building and general building assemblies, processes, and equipment to make sure the people actually doing the work are doing it right with the right means and methods.
  • Procure bids from subcontractors for parts and pieces on your project once project is a go
  • Vet bids for scope inclusions, exclusions, or gaps against project plans and specifications
  • Execute subcontracts with subcontractors and vendors while holding them to schedules
  • Create, publish, and update schedules in MS Project
  • Work with owners and owners’ reps on issues, specification clarifications, and changes
  • Write change orders as scope changes or items are added to the projects
  • Manage the Superintendent to build the building and keep materials flowing to him while walking the job as needed to ask questions and make sure project is getting built with good quality and on schedule
  • Review shop drawings against plans and work with vendors to make revisions
  • Put together submittals for materials to architects or owners and be able to mark these up in Adobe Acrobat or Blue Beam.
