JOB DESCRIPTION:

COMMAND CENTER SPECIALIST

LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT A REAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY, NOT JUST A JOB!

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As one of the nation's fastest growing solar companies, we are looking for a self-motivated Command Center Specialist to communicate with representatives as well as customers on a day-to-day basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Ability to adapt in a fast pace changing environment

• Enjoys working with customers on the phone

• Passion for customer service and support

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Excellent customer service skills required

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft and related applications

• Knowledge of the service or security system industry is preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone and email

• Ability to work independently to make decisions and solve problems

• Propensity to stay calm and reasonable under pressure

• Experience in solar systems is preferred but not required

• Must be able to work rotating Saturdays and Sundays

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Maintain dispositions for consultants. 

• Communicate with customers regarding their upcoming appointments. 

• Coordinate with other departments to maximize the schedule. 

• Problem solving.
