They will provide overall direction for the adult program working directly with internal staff, will work with resolving issues, orienting and training employees, and developing growth opportunities for staff. Manages a staff of Program Supervisors and serves on the Executive Management Team.

Summary of Essential Duties (full job description is available upon request):

• Manages operations by assigning tasks, providing direction, resolving work problems, orienting and training employees and developing personal growth opportunities. Conducts annual employee evaluations. Determines work schedules, grants sick time, vacations and other leaves and authorizes overtime and payroll payment.
• Assists in determining eligibility and selection of employees by participating in interview and selection process. Maintains authority by administering disciplinary actions up to and including written reprimands.
• Accomplishes staff results by instilling a sense of accountability among team members by modeling tight oversight of individual and organization performance standards. Communicates job expectations and planning, monitors and appraises job performance. Enforces policies, procedures and quality standards.
• Participates in clinical team meetings by collaborating with program supervisors and clinicians who are presenting client cases, reviews cases, recommends and obtains modifications to treatment plans and discusses clinical issues and policies. Seeks input from other professionals to assist with issues concerning client care.
