Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall operation of the hotel including hiring training, budgeting, sales, guest satisfaction, associate satisfaction, owner satisfaction, revenue management, and results reporting
  • Provide leadership and direction to departments to obtain financial goals
  • Actively participate in the Sales & Marketing efforts to drive results and accountability
  • Ensure all associates are properly trained
  • Promote an atmosphere of Teamwork
  • Ensure property is in accordance of all brand standards and legal compliance
  • Drive the hotel culture to e in line with corporate and brand standards

Position Requirements

  • 3+ years of GM experience in a full service hotel
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding budgets and timelines
  • Exceptional leadership and communication
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of teamwork
  • A passion for the customer experience
  • A proven track record for developing team members
  • A Degree in hotel/hospitality management or equivalent experience
  • CHA certification a plus
