Job Description

Prominent, national law firm based in Brentwood seeks experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of general civil litigation experience and strong technical skills. This individual will perform with a high degree of independent judgement and discretion and must be comfortable working a heavy desk. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Propounding and responding to discovery 
- Drafting and reviewing depositoin summaries, preparing meet/confer letters and Motions to Compel 
- Trial prep including trial binders, exhibits and witness lists 
- General litigation support 

Compensation and benefits information:

- Annual compensation ranges between $75,000 - $95,000 annual, depending on the experience of the individual.
- Comprehensive benefits package options including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) (HMO and PPO options available)
- Annual discretionary bonuses based on firm's performance 
- Paid parking
