Lead Resource Planning Consultant - Hybrid

- Responsible for the development and implementation of corporate resource planning and adequacy processes and programs. This includes the development of internal processes, opinion papers and capacity position reports.
- Represent the Company in the area of resource planning and adequacy in various reliability councils and regional transmission organizations through participation in committee and working groups as required.
- Provide direction to integrated resource planning studies of an advanced and complex nature relative to impacts from the area of resource adequacy.
- Perform analyses, supply data, respond to data requests, and prepare written testimony that support regulatory requests and filings in various state and federal jurisdictions.
- Provides direction and support to the development of future power supply requirements.
- Actively participates in the regulatory process and testifies as an expert witness in various regulatory arenas.
- Provide direction to perform complex analysis and make recommendations for various proposed strategic initiatives relative to resource planning and adequacy.
- Maintain personal qualifications in the areas of specialties and state of the art resource planning techniques.
- Participate in the strategic planning process as required.
