TITLE: IT CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL
General Purpose:
The IT Contract Administrator is responsible for preparing, examining, analyzing and tracking contracts related to vendors within IT. The IT Contract Administrator proactively monitors contracts and follows standards and procedures to meet service levels for contract management. The IT Contract Administrator will interface regularly with various business functions throughout the enterprise, including IT Contract Owners, Procurement, and Finance, as well as external contacts as appropriate.
Responsibilities
- On a daily basis interact with the IT Contract Owners, Procurement, and vendors to process new contracts as well as renewals.
- Serve as point of contact for ITS on contract requests, promoting timely review and approval of contracts
- Serves as a custodian of contracts, maintaining contracts in an organized fashion and maintaining a contract management database to track contracts, updating status as the contract flows through the approval process.
- Recommend and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Report status of current contract processes to management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with IT and/or contracts
- Contract Management Experience preferred
- IT Vendor Management Experience preferred
- Requires Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at various levels within the organization and with external parties
- Must possess the ability to, present information to and answer questions comfortably within all levels of management
- Self-directed, highly motivated individual who can effectively manage multiple activities and balance with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.

- Versatility and flexibility to respond and adapt quickly and effectively to multiple changing priorities
- Proficient in productivity software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides)
- Experience with contract management systems (Ariba preferred).
- Experience with Service Management Tool (ServiceNow preferred).
