We are looking for self-motivated people with close attention to detail to join our Data Quality Analytics team. As a Data Quality Analyst, you will play a key role working with Product, Program, and Operations teams to drive key Quality initiatives. You will be responsible for providing thought leadership and operational rigor to improve data quality in order to enhance the product experience for users worldwide. You will need to have G-suite experience (docs, spreadsheets, and slides) or MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint.
This is a long-term, and full-time position based out of Burlingame, California but will continue as a remote position. Hours will be PST business hours.
Conduct reviews of annotations to determine the quality and importance of data
Become a subject matter expert and thought leader on your workflow
Author, update, and own guidelines that produce the highest quality data
Identifying errors and trends, and report to stakeholder on analysis/findings
Leverage policies, subject matter expertise, and intuition to troubleshoot complex issues, focusing on clarity and guidance
Work in a highly collaborative team as the last line of defense to improve data quality
Advise clients on related data quality issues, propose solutions and identify corrective action items
Frequently moderate training and alignment sessions with teams throughout the ecosystem
Ability to follow instructions and guidelines in a detail oriented fashion
Great communication and collaboration skills and prior experience working with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize issues while maintaining quality and efficiency
Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently
Ability to utilize basic functions, formulas, and tables in Excel/Spreadsheets
Understanding of foundational Statistics principles
Strong knowledge of AR/VR and/or Tech industry
Prior experience with content moderation
High level of agility when juggling day-to-day responsibilities, and fielding inbound Ad-hocs from clients
