Robert Half is looking for a Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator for a client in downtown Baltimore. The Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator will be the solely responsible for staffing all office locations and warehouse sites. The Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator will also manage employee development to include managing employee training records, providing training resources, assessing development needs, scheduling developing courses/certifications and compiling a training catalogue for the company. Overview of Responsibilities: ? Partner with hiring managers within the organization to identify staffing needs ? Create and post job descriptions on company website and third-party recruiting sites ? Coordinate and conduct interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers to determine next steps ? Prepare offer letters and assist with new hire onboarding process to include completing reference checks, background checks, drug screens and new hire paperwork ? Maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers, keeping them abreast of status changes ? Maintain employee training records and provide training resources as needed ? Assess employee development needs and schedule development courses/certifications ? Compile and update a training catalogues ? Provide additional Human Resource assistance as assigned
Qualifications: ? 3-5 years of full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition experience ? Professional certifications is a plus (PHR/SHRM) ? Bachelors Degree in HR or related field ? ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus ? Employee development/training experience is highly preferred ? Proven experience recruiting for entry level and executive level positions ? Strong business partner who possesses a high-level of professionalism and maturity ? Team player, self-motivated, confident and proactive ? Proven experience meeting deadlines and acting with a sense of urgency ? Strong listening and communication skills with the ability interact with all levels of staff ? Resourceful with the ability to work independently and under little to no supervision ?
