Our client in Manassas, VA is looking to hire 10 more Call Center Reps to support their call center. Please see below for a brief overview of the role
This incumbent will work in an inbound call center environment and be responsible for communicating with residential homeowners daily basis via phone and email. In addition, this position requires ongoing communication with the sales, customer service, and data entry team.
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests (100 min calls a day)
- Utilize company software to perform contract reviews and signups
- Maintain accurate data entry on all customer accounts
- Provide customers with company's service information
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
- Accurately perform data entry on a large quantity of contracts/documents
- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved via email
- Recommend process improvements
- Utilize email communication as required
- Appropriately direct non-customer related calls
