Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Construction President, Los Angeles, California.


Electrical Construction President Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation for the Electrical Construction President, LA is a very generous package, including a base, bonus, and an opportunity to earn equity in the company.

Electrical Construction President Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide initial client contact, build and maintain customer relationships
  • Contractor produces $25M in revenue annually
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies
  • Supervise the company in all aspects
  • Commercial and industrial electrical projects
  • Manage the P & L
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts
  • Represent the company in meetings, with customers, and staff


Electrical Construction President Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years’ executive management experience with an electrical contractor
  • Experience managing large P&L and large staff of employees
  • A proven history for excellence which resulted in profitable work and a loyal repeat client base
  • Working knowledge of electrical installation, estimating techniques, and cost control
  • Ability to interpret computerized cost data and systems
  • Ability to perform detailed work and successfully meet deadlines
  • Must have stable work history
  • Ability to travel as needed


Preferred but Not Necessary

  • College Degree preferred
