**Full-time onsite:**

+ Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

We're looking for an entry level Test Support Electrical Engineer who wants to build a career solving technical issues in our manufacturing test facility. You'll perform troubleshooting on state of the art technology and contribute ideas on process and design improvements. This position is geared toward independent productivity while also contributing to our environment of teamwork. Tasks require the ability to isolate and resolve product related issues in both hardware and process related problems, validate test measurement accuracy, characterize the performance of the unit under test, conduct data analysis and generate documents.

Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Qualified applicants have a BS in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering

+ Proficient with hands on troubleshooting of digital/analog/RF circuits to the component level

+ Use of test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters

+ Strong problem solving ability

+ Must be capable of conforming to a structured problem solving approach with the ability to participate in design reviews on a multidiscipline team.

+ Demonstrate time management, task tracking, organization skills.

+ Ability to read, understand and follow requirements.

+ Familiar with the control of hardware through software interfaces.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Experience with digital and RF electronic circuit test and measurement techniques

+ Experience working in a defense contract manufacturing environment

+ Experience with manufacturing screening processes
