This commercial & residential property management employer is looking to add a Senior Property Accountant to oversee multiple operating properties on a full-time basis. Responsibilities: * Oversee 10+ operating properties and 5+ non-operating properties/entities. * Complete monthly financials including posting recurring journal entries, bank reconciliations, management fees, and variance report analysis. * Prepare financial reporting package, review property financial reports and send external reports. * Review A/R for delinquencies. * Assist property managers with questions and issues.
Qualifications: * 3+ years experience with Property Accounting experience. * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field. * YARDI software preferred. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. * Must have the ability to work closely with internal teams and property managers, excellent written and verbal communication.
