POSITION: Laboratory Manager

WORKSITE: 6032 N Cutter Circle, Suite 480, Portland, OR 97217

ANNUAL SALARY: %2472,500.00 per year

Provide laboratory support to the Building and Construction business and gather data from laboratory tests to create and present laboratory reports. Perform laboratory audit and accreditation to ensure physical laboratory testing of soils, concrete and asphalt are in compliance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) laboratory standards and the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) procedures. Ensure that laboratory equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to the laboratory standard quality and safety guidelines. Apply any knowledge of ASTM test procedures. Work on Quality Assurance of the Construction Services Laboratory, from testing, inspection, and certification services to building laboratory sciences solutions.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years of relevant experience ensuring test standards and quality procedures working
with the ASTM test procedures, and performing construction materials testing laboratory work.
