 Extended circuits from the demarcation point to client’Microsoft equipment and participated in conference calls to troubleshoot and confirm connectivity.  Asset Management, Tagging, Disposing of Network Equipment  Shipping equipment and receiving equipment for installations

 Performed network cable installs using patch panels and label standards (copper, MM/SM fiber).  Troubleshot and resolve network issues using cable analyzers (Fluke).  Triaged and decommission servers/network equipment.  Managed storage of over 1000 decommissioned blade servers; labeled and recorded information in Excel.  Decommissioned and disposed of old equipment.  Performed troubleshoot and installation requests via ticketing system.  Supervise equipment installation group which performs device installs and cable runs.  Implemented new patch panel infrastructure needs and placement.  Responsible for virtual database population of devices and connections
