Texas Health Methodist Hospital Fort Worth is seeking to hire a Mission Control Transporter Lead to work full time.

Salary Range is minimum $14.15 to maximum $21.36 based on relevant experience
Work schedule is Monday- Friday 2:00pm 10:30pm
Act as central dispatcher for Mission Control department
Monitors systems: RTLS, Teletracking, and other systems associated with Patient and Materials movement.
Ensure standards are met with transport times and request from internal and external customers.
Scheduling and Performance Improvement
Prepares and Eesures adequate staffing is present per shift, scheduling PTO, etc. Meet with supervisor when assistance is needed.
Assists in the preparation of PEAK evaluations.
Acts as PBX Operator for the hospital
Answers all incoming telephone calls coming into the facility and ensures a Patient Experience score in top decile
Filters calls to the appropriate locations.
Become the super user for Transport Tracking
Implement processes via Transport Tracking that integrate with other departments and technology
Coordinate with the Central logistics center on patients and patients movement.
Acts as liason with the Central Logistics Department on bed placement for direct admits, transfers and internal bed moves.
May function as EKG Technician.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And
Associate's Degree Preferred
1 Year related experience Required
Licenses and Certifications
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support 90 Days Required
Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management
