Shift: 1st Shift
The primary responsibility of this role is to support enterprise-wide Contract administration, including the contract workspace creation in the Ariba system, complete/author standard-templated contracts such as amendments; Scope of Work; NDAs; Pricing Schedules; etc.; facilitate the contracting process until documents go through eSignature and/or publication.

  • Process new contract requests and support all contract administration activities until publication, including the in-take and completion of standard-templated
  • Effectively monitor contract's status to ensure established SLAs are met
  • Manage data requirements for the processing/reporting contract work products as necessary, and ensure all documents are housed in Ariba system (repository)
  • Liaison between Procurement Consultant/Buyer, Contract Specialists, and Legal (in-house and outside counsels) as necessary
  • Coordinate agreements incorporating pricing and payment terms negotiated by the Procurement Consultant/Buyer or Contract Specialists
  • Interpret contract provisions for management explaining risks, options, and providing recommendations to exceptions as necessary
  • Ensure all contracts are executed within established QA guidelines
  • Develop SOP materials relating to contract administration as necessary
  • Identifying and analyzing process gaps, proposing and justifying continuous improvements or leading change as necessary


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years strong procurement and/or contract administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills to suit with different situations
  • Strong analytical/decision-making skills, and detailed oriented
  • Proven relationship building skills, and strong teamwork
  • Proficient in read, write, and interpret a variety of Contracting languages, provisions, and terms 
  • Proficiency using Microsoft applications, and experience
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Coupa, or other P2P software/system
  • Experience in reporting and data analysis
