Help Desk Support Analyst

Apex Systems is looking for multiple Help Desk/Technical Support analysts for a client’s large scale, enterprise level software rollout. This is an inbound call center position where calls will be fielded from customer’s point of sale application users. Candidates must have experience fielding inbound calls and providing Grade-A level customer support. This will be a day shift role, but candidates who apply must be able to work shifts ranging between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM. Candidates must be local and available to interview in person.
Day to Day Expectations:
- SQL – must be able to tell a basic command in SQL
- Point of Sale (POS) – must be able to walk through issues related and problem solve
- Must have worked in a UNIX/Linux environment
- Must have clear communication and possess enthusiasm over the phone
- Candidate must be a team player and have a great work attitude
- Ability to support level 1 and light level 2 technical issues
- Must be able to troubleshoot network/hardware and software issues
