Kforce has a growing health care client in Bridgewater, New Jersey (NJ) that is seeking a full time, permanent Talent Acquisition Associate to join their Talent Acquisition team.
In this role the Talent Acquisition Associate will be part of the team supporting full cycle recruitment efforts for high performing talent. They will partner closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to manage the recruiting process from end-to-end, and collaborate in creating staffing plans, developing strategies and implementing action plans related to both candidate sourcing identification and recruitment process execution.
Developing job appropriate behavioral and competency-based interview questions
Coaching hiring managers and teams on interviewing and candidate assessment techniques
Identifying and sharing recruitment best practices across business units
Maintaining current knowledge in business/marketplace; Legal & recruitment trends
Initiating and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify qualified candidates for hiring needs
Developing sourcing methodologies and strategies to target and identify qualified candidates
Interviewing prospective employees and evaluating candidates for employment related to factors such as job experience, education & training, knowledge, skills & abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other data pertinent in selection for a wide variety of non-exempt and exempt positions in multiple functional disciplines
Gathering candidate feedback from interview team and leading final assessment and selection process, preparing and negotiating offers including sign-on bonuses, relocation, vacation, stock options, annual bonus, etc.
Facilitating the relocation of transferred employees
Compiling, maintaining and providing regular metrics for HR-related activities
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting is required
Motivation to hunt and source effectively
Autonomous self-starter with a can-do attitude
Recruiting experience supporting Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, R&D, Training and/or Technical Service is strongly preferred
Ability to regularly and accurately maintain data integrity is required
Experience in/knowledge of the Medical Diagnostic/Device, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector is preferred
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required
Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices
Ability to work effectively within and across teams is essential for success
Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (i.e. Workday Recruiter, iCIMS, Taleo)
Strong customer and marketplace focus, negotiating and influencing skills, project management, and time management skills are required.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) is required.
This role may require up to 10% domestic travel; This position will offer some flexibility to work remote on occasion
