Credit & Collections Manager

Vaco Staffing is recruiting for a Credit & Collections Manager for a client in the Milwaukee, WI area. This is a direct hire role with our client.

Duties include:Supervise and mentor 2+ team members.
Create and implement processes and procedures for the credit and collections department.
Develop KPI’s for staff and regularly monitor progress and coach team members.
Evaluate the credit history of potential customers and establish credit limits.
Monitor credit limits and review credit terms regularly.
Report preparation.
Maintain department compliance.

Requirements:Higher education degree in accounting is preferred
3+ years of relevant credit and collections experienced in required
Proficiency in MS Office Suite required
