Support wide range of IT devices for production and administration areas. Devices include but are not limited to PC Clients, Wireless Touch Screens, Wireless PDA’s, Wireless Call Buttons, and Fixed Barcode Scanners. Must be able to image PC’s and perform device installation and configuration and troubleshooting in a timely manner as needed. Must be able to follow standard procedures and work instructions used by customer.
1 year of experience in an IT environment supporting end users.
Windows Operating System Installation and Troubleshooting experience
PC Hardware Installation and Troubleshooting experience
PC Imaging experience
Knowledge of HMI Development and Configuration
Understanding of HMI/PLC Communication methods
Windows based PDA/Barcode Scanner Device Configuration
Wireless Device Configuration and Troubleshooting
RS232/RS422 Serial Communication Configuration, Wiring, and Troubleshooting
Customer service oriented approach.
Ability to perform lifting of 20lbs.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
Able to ride a bike and drive electric cart
A+ Certication a plus
ITIL Certification a plus
