Bankruptcy consulting firm in the Valley seeks a junior paralegal to assist with calendaring and other administrative duties. A paralegal certificate or experience working with litigation documents is required. You must be comfortable with reviewing pleadings and legal filings and understand civil procedure. Junior paralegal responsibilities include: - Preparing, revising, and formatting legal documents - Calendar management - Knowledge of court deadlines - Court filings Successful candidates for the junior paralegal role are professional and courteous with a positive can-do attitude.
