ER Case Manager

Larkin Community Hospital Hialeah, FL (On Site) Full-Time
Minimum Qualifications Required: 2 year Associate Degree. Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Bilingual (English/Spanish). Preferred Qualifications: 4 year Bachelor's Degree. 1-3 years' experience, Health Care or hospital case management experience. Candidates with a RN/LPN/Foreign Medical Graduate/Social Work will be given priority. Certificate in case management and/or UR.
