Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst - Client Delivery, WCRM

**DESCRIPTION**
As a Senior Revenue Cycle Analyst leading our Client Delivery workstream, your role will be to support internal initiatives, help drive client reporting, initiatives, and performance, and assist with implementing new client programs as it relates to R1's Workers' Compensation Revenue Management (WCRM) solution. In addition to leading the WCRM Client Delivery workstream, this role will include data verification, report creation, and client-facing exposure (both internal and external) to deliver updates and results, typically through a regular meeting cadence with leadership and other key stakeholders. You will report to the WCRM Client Delivery Manager and work closely with other leaders to ensure we are driving superior results and consistently exceeding client expectations as their premier provider of WCRM services.

**RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):**
+ Run/lead a workstream vertical within the WCRM operations service line
+ Support, coordinate, and lead client meetings:
+ Agenda creation and distribution
+ Compile meeting content (slide decks and other deliverables)
+ Present meeting content (oftentimes together with management)
+ Take meeting minutes
+ Create and deliver all standard and ad hoc client reporting
+ Meet (or exceed) internal and external client standards, goals, and KPIs
+ Collaborate with clients to enhance and optimize processes
+ Support client maintenance:
+ Maintain client-specific documentation protocol with internal stakeholders
+ Resolve client questions and issues through collaboration with other workstream leads, management, and/or conducting account-specific research
+ Multi-task between various inquiries and systems in a fast-paced environment
+ Enhance client's perception of R1 through delivery of a high level of service
+ Monitor overall client health via key metrics and preemptively escalate issues, as necessary
+ Use various methods to compile, analyze and convey numerical or statistical data,
+ including pivot tables, graphs and spreadsheets
+ Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
+ Account level auditing for report/deliverable integrity where applicable
+ Utilize R1 and client software platforms to manage account information and workflow
+ Follow R1's privacy, security, and compliance policies, including adherence to HIPAA guidelines
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ At least 2 years of customer service experience or demonstrate relevant experience with a high proficiency of oral and written business communication
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and proven experience in working with MS Excel and Power Point (intermediate level or above)
+ Proven experience in building reports, providing analysis, and quality assurance
+ Self-starter with a team-first and can-do attitude
+ Excellent time management, organizational, and professional skills; attention to detail
+ Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships, generating positive client feedback on quality, value, delivery, and results
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ Proficiency with other reporting-based products (MS Power BI, Tableau, etc)
