Assist in administration of field office to achieve project profitability and schedule goals.

Job Description:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
  • Support development of Swinerton's industry-leading sustainability and corporate responsibility vision, goals, and strategies in partnership with Sustainability Team
  • Support development of new strategic sustainability initiatives focused on reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, energy use, and water use across Company
  • Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data from a wide variety of sources to identify, articulate, and visualize key sustainability trends across Company
  • Perform research on federal, state, and local incentives for energy efficiency or sustainability-related projects
  • Monitor sustainability-related regulations to ensure Company is compliant and strategic in our approach
  • Support development of processes and guides for internal teams to improve sustainability in our offices and at projects
  • Learn about and increase familiarity with sustainable construction operations plans and activities
MINIMUM SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • Work or academic experience in sustainability within built environment, including knowledge of USGBC certifications and green building standards
  • Experience with global ESG reporting standards
  • Data collection and analysis skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Reliability, dependability, and flexibility
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Effective written and verbal English language communication skills
  • Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting
