In this specialized Client Service role, you will investigate inquiries in a timely fashion in order to answer all customer needs. The role will require a solution oriented mindset and will give you access to employees at all levels of the organization. You will have the ability to interact not only with external customers, but also internally with the sales representatives and other internal departments. This role has a competitive pay rate in a dynamic working environment that emphasizes teamwork. The convenient location, accessible by vehicle and public transportation, is an even bigger plus!

Client Services Representative Responsibilities:

  • Provide high level, excellent customer service
  • Perform Order Entry
  • Answer customer questions regarding products, orders, etc.
  • Verify orders and expedite delivery
  • Other duties as necessary and assigned by supervisor

Client Services Representative Requirements:

  • 2 years strong customer service experience in a high call volume environment
  • Customer service mindset a must
  • Comfortable making quick decisions for the customer
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High School Diploma or GED
