Inside Sales/Customer Service Call Center. This Outbound Call Center on the Northshore is a short drive from Metairie, Hammond, and Slidell.  Leads are provided to you based on prospect interest for the product, your purpose is to scheduled appointments for the outside salesperson. You will be working in a Call Center Environment with a lot of activity and energy.

You will be making 150 to 180 calls a day to leads that have already shown interest in the product, you will also be interacting w/ the client during the call to pull up information on your call that will assist the interested prospect in understanding the product, thereby allowing you to schedule solid appointments for the outside sales team.  You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding your database of prospects.

This is a temp – to – hire position, once hired by the company you are provided w/ 401K, Medical and Life Insurance, as well as other benefits to be discussed, you will also receive a monthly bonus based on your performance.
