Community Manager - Autumn Ridge


Job Summary
The Community Manager plays an essential role in building our "people first" culture. Our leaders are responsible for selecting top quality people for each position on the team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; regarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems by performing the following:

  • Understand and enforce the property management company's policies and procedures; the community's rules and regulations; and the terms of the lease and other addenda to the lease.
  • Train all property employees in safety awareness to limit property loss and damage or injury to residents and visitors to the property.
  • Operate the property within the budgeted guidelines established for the property.
  • Supervise, evaluate and review the work performance of the Maintenance Manager, Assistant Manager and Leasing Consultant.
  • Interview potential property employees and submit hiring recommendations to the Regional Manager.
  • Orient and train new property employees in property management policies and procedures.
  • Personally inspect the property daily including the common area (the pool, spa, club room, billiard room laundries, playground, and picnic areas), parking lot and carports, models and vacant apartments.
  • Implement marketing and sales techniques that will achieve high occupancy and a favorable resident profile.
  • Maintain accurate and complete resident, apartment maintenance, vendor files
  • Enforce a fair and comprehensive rental collection policy as established to the property.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in managing a residential property
  • Experience and knowledge of the local property management market
  • Proven abilities in coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team
  • Experience working with Entrata software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
