Our client is currently seeking a Franchise Development Director
One of the best company’s in the world is currently seeking a Franchise Development Director to be located in their corporate location. The position does not require relocation to the area. Travel is required.
You will be responsible for the development of a national Franchise network. You will also work directly with the Franchisees to manage the customer accounts and expansion strategies and help them reach their goals. The FDD will work with the company’s legal department with new Franchise Agreements.
You will also have the opportunity to work closely with resources within the Company to ensure that all acquisitions are set to the standard.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with a Masters Degree • 10+ years of experience in Franchise, IT Sales, Marketing and Legal Strategies. The ability and desire to lead and influence. The company wants to see a proven ability in sales and customer P&L management. Excellent knowledge of Franchise operations and process and project management. The company would definitely like to see experience with Business & Financial management.
