Job Description



Manages a pipeline of appraisal orders which entails:
Places appraisal orders with appraisers that are received by lender clients
Ensures attention to deadlines requested by lender clients
Negotiates of delivery timelines between lender clients and appraisers
Communicates with both the lender client and the appraiser throughout the process of the appraisal order
Prioritizes workflow so appraisals are received on time
Performs reviews of residential mortgage appraisals for accuracy and compliance
Troubleshoots inaccuracies reflected on appraisal for alternative solutions
Receives and processes requests for appraisal corrections, analyzing validity of request prior to processing request with Appraiser or Client
Directs communication with the residential appraisers as well as our clients
Assists in managing the companywide general email box within a rapid response environment, responds to inquires as directed by management
Supports the Appraiser Audit team for state / federal audit requirements, assists in compilation of reports and receipt of audit results as required by management
Provides support and backup in other areas of the organization
Non-Essential Job Functions:

Participates in and leads proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
Adopts FLS values in personal work behaviors, decision making, contributions and interpersonal interactions
Contributes to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations and influencing others to reward performance and value "can do" people, accountability, diversity and inclusion, flexibility, continuous improvement, collaboration, creativity and fun
Performs other duties as assigned
Required Knowledge and Skills:

Solid knowledge and understanding working within a time urgency environment
Extensive knowledge and understanding of customer service and intrapersonal best practices

Job Requirements

1+ years of experience in appraisal/mortgage industry preferred
Demonstrated experience with exceptional phone and email etiquette
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced and changing environment
Demonstrated experience with attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication, multi-tasking, and working in a team atmosphere adhering to tight deadlines
Demonstrated experience with MS Office software products
