Kelly Services is currently looking for an experiecened Executive Assistant to support the VP of Legislative and Regulatory Policy. This position will be located in Washington DC. This is a temporary three month assignment with possible extensions. Snap Shot: Start Date: ASAP Assignment Length: 3 months with possible extensions Pay Rate: $31.35/hour Schedule: Monday- Friday from 8AM-5PM Job Duties
- Supports executive management.
- Making travel and meeting arrangements
- Screening calls
- Composing letters and reports
- Preparing presentations and financial data.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software
- Must be comfortable providing training; and may train others.
- Has the ability to perform Internet research.
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
