Supervisor Laboratory

Providence Swedish Medical Center Edmonds, WA (Onsite) Full-Time
Derived Salary: $47K - $74K/Year

Description

Represents the laboratory to the public, physicians, patients and offices while monitoring the staffing and daily operations of the Receptionists and Client Service Representatives. Provide exceptional customer service. Follows established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, safety; environmental and infectious control standards so that the laboratory remains in compliance with accreditation and licensing agencies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: Washington Medical Assistant Phlebotomist Certification
  • Experience in a medical office environment, preferably in a laboratory.
  • Experience or training in customer service activities.
