Job Description

EisnerAmper is seeking an Experienced Associate to join the Real Estate Tax practice. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment and providing clients with exceptional services.

What you'll be doing:

* Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationship with firm leadership

* Provide tax compliance and consulting services to assigned clients

* Develop a working knowledge of the client's business and tax systems, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines

* Research and consult on various tax matters, respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries when requested

* Brainstorm new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems

* Mentor and coach junior team members

We're looking for someone who has:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required

* 1+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience

* Experience with real estate clients

* CPA or parts passed towards completion

* Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field

* Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software
