Hours: 8AM - 4:30PM
Need the individual to swabs for Salmonella and Listeria, check for hard plastics across the facility, sign off on PCQI paperwork, PCO certified, metal detector checks, partner with corporate quality and food safety for various programs, ensures the facility meets all required quality and food safety laws, regulations, and corporate policies, other duties as assigned.
SQF, PCQI, PCO certifications.
Previous HACCP certification program design and implementation. Knowledge of Food Safety Standards FDA, USDA, CFIA, etc. Working knowledge of MS Office products
Experience Required 1-2 years in Quality and Food Safety in Food Service Industry and manufacturing setting
Education Required High School, but needs above certifications.
