A fertility clinic in Manhattan is actively seeking a dedicated and hardworking professional to join their staff as their new Third Party Production Manager - IVF. In this role, the Third Party Production Manager - IVF works closely with physicians to coordinate patient care and assist with patients regarding treatment protocols, medications, and/or required testing procedures.


The Third Party Production Manager - IVF will:
  • Manage and lead the Donor and Third-Party program
  • Recruit qualified staff members, provide orientation, and plan trainings
  • Implement and create new workflows to ensure high quality patient care and a supportive work environment
  • Participation in the development of clinical best practices
  • Increase Donor Recruitment
  • Ensure compliance with all FDA procedures throughout the Third-Party Program
  • Update the FDA Standard Procedures yearly and immediately following any new FDA Tissue Guidance
  • Correct errors in donor screening and testing procedures, prepare deviation reports and exemption requests
  • Schedule pre-cycle screening appointments for all egg donors during the treatment cycle
  • Collaborate with other clinical leaders to review and implement best practices
  • Coordinate the collection, tracking and interpretation of all clinical and program data
  • Participate in Third Party Research Projects
  • Create and maintain relationships with Egg / Sperm Bank partners and any outside agency partners


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year of management experience
  • Proficiency with computer platforms and applications
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
